We use the name, email and billing details collected at checkout, your selected services, payment reference and project materials to process and deliver your order, provide support and maintain necessary business records. Card details are entered on Stripe; this website does not receive or store full card numbers or security codes.
Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy. Necessary order data is stored privately on DistroBolt hosting. Your cart is stored in your browser, and a necessary session cookie protects checkout requests. Order information is not a subscription to marketing emails.
Project information is retained only as needed for service delivery, support and applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to obligations that require us to retain records. Share only the project material needed for your service.
Our hosting service maintains web-access logs and private aggregated traffic reports. These can show estimated visits, pages, country, referrals, browser and operating system, with a separate known-robot report. These estimates do not identify verified individual people or purchases. We do not collect or infer age through this report. The reporting interface is available only through the private hosting administration; no new advertising tracker has been added.
We store your submitted contact details, project brief, supplied transfer links, metadata and request history to assess and deliver the requested work. A private random access link lets you see customer status without a distribution-system login. Keep it private; anyone holding it can view that status. Only a hash of the access token is stored in the request record. WeTransfer handles files under its own privacy terms; this site stores the link, not your audio upload. We store your email, consent version and timestamps, confirmation-token hashes and voucher state. We send a confirmation message only when you request signup. Marketing consent becomes active only after you confirm. You can unsubscribe using the link in your email; this does not cancel an issued voucher. Order and assessment emails are transactional and do not enrol you in marketing. Contact mail@distrobolt.com to ask about your data. Voucher records and the first-order payment index are retained as needed to prevent repeated use; unsubscribed addresses remain suppressed from marketing.
Bolt is an AI assistant. Messages and relevant DistroBolt service information are sent to Groq to generate replies. Do not share passwords, card details or sensitive personal information. Necessary session cookies maintain a short conversation; the active conversation expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Temporary rate-limit records use a one-way keyed network identifier and do not contain message text. Bolt cannot access your distribution account or royalty balance. You can use the site without chatting, and contact mail@distrobolt.com for human help.
Final files may be stored in DistroBolt’s protected delivery storage and retrieved through your private project link. Anyone with that link may access the customer view: keep it private. File access is checked against the project payment status. Large files may instead use a WeTransfer delivery link.
