Catalogue Transfer + First Year
Request an assessment of your catalogue. No order or payment is taken at this stage. We review your releases and confirm the scope, first-year subscription, renewal price, applicable tax and any release fees in writing before you decide.

Do not remove your current delivery first. For the same recording, preserve the ISRC, original audio and metadata where appropriate. Content ID overlaps are checked before proceeding. Streams, playlist placements and historical data cannot be guaranteed.
What will I need?
Original WAV audio, cover artwork, ISRC, UPC where relevant, titles and versions, original release dates, full performer/producer/songwriter/lyricist credits, rights information and any necessary authority. Artist-profile links help us assess the catalogue; they do not replace master files.
Use WeTransfer for project files, addressed to stems@distrobolt.com, with your DistroBolt reference. Never send distributor passwords. A transfer link is third-party file delivery, not a file upload hosted by this website.

Is this included in Essential or Premium?
These are optional creative and professional services, ordered separately from DistroBolt distribution. The prices here are one-time service fees unless stated otherwise.
How does Spotify merch work?
Eligible merchandise is published through a connected Shopify store and Spotify for Artists. It can appear on your artist profile and other supported artist surfaces. This service does not promise editorial placement, sales or a shop on Spotify’s general home page.
Who pays the shop and product costs?
You create, own and pay directly for your Shopify account, domain and web hosting wherever required. Have these ready before work starts; we can guide you, but do not buy them for you. Our fees cover the agreed design, setup and connection work. Production, shipping, payment fees and applicable taxes are separate.
What does Artist Year Plan include?
Two meetings of 45 minutes each, preparation, a digital month-by-month plan and one consolidated adjustment. One artist per package. We plan releases, content, promotion and merch around the artist’s actual goals, time and budget. Delivery and ongoing management are not included.
What does the price cover?
The displayed price covers the standard deliverables listed for each service. Additional work is quoted separately and requires your approval. External subscriptions, production, shipping and transaction fees are paid by you. The amount shown in Stripe Checkout is the amount charged.

Artist 90% · You 3% · DistroBolt 7%.
Your 3 percentage points come from DistroBolt’s standard 10% share — the referred artist still keeps 90%. For every €100 of qualifying royalty revenue, that means €90 to the artist, €3 to you and €7 to DistroBolt.
Accounts are free. Referral allocation and payouts are handled through the distribution system. Contact our team to confirm the referral, qualifying revenue and applicable period before it is set up.
