Assessment forms collect no payment. A service can be purchased only through its approved written quote and your explicit acceptance. Before an order is agreed, DistroBolt must confirm the service scope, full price including applicable tax, delivery time, revisions and usage rights. Catalogue-transfer package prices include Premium for the first 12 months, with unlimited artists and releases. Royalty share, tax, renewal and confirmation of release-fee treatment still require written confirmation before purchase. The transfer service fee must not be repeated on an ordinary annual renewal. Existing distribution support and included services will not be sold again as paid extras.
Your purchase covers the deliverables and limits shown in the selected package details. Extra pages, products, tracks, revisions or ongoing work require a separate quote and your approval. Distribution subscriptions are separate from these Marketplace services.
Prices are in EUR. The amount displayed in Stripe Checkout is the amount charged. Marketplace purchases are one-time payments; the 30-day social posting service does not renew automatically. We contact you at your checkout email to arrange the start date and obtain your materials. Work starts after the required materials, permissions and customer-owned accounts are ready.
You create, own and pay for Shopify, domain, web hosting and other required third-party subscriptions. Physical products, production, shipping, samples and platform/payment fees are separate. You must have the rights to supplied material and authorize the account access needed for the agreed work. Do not send passwords in a project brief; we arrange suitable delegated access.
Coffee Cup Social covers scheduling and publishing one finished customer-supplied post per day to each of TikTok, Instagram and Facebook for 30 days, for one artist and one eligible account per platform. You supply platform-ready images/video, captions, hashtags, usage rights and an approved schedule before the service starts. One daily Instagram and Facebook story is included from the same customer-supplied story-ready material. Content production, editing, copywriting, paid ads, ad management and comment/DM management are excluded. Unsupported formats must be resolved before scheduling.
Spotify merch connections depend on Shopify, Spotify for Artists and eligible products/accounts. No sales, streams, reach, editorial placement or other commercial results are guaranteed.
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will review the work already performed and applicable cancellation rights with you. These terms do not remove any mandatory consumer rights. Keep your order reference and contact mail@distrobolt.com if a payment result is unclear; do not pay again until it is checked.
