DISTROBOLT ARTIST GUIDES
Pandora delivery and artist access: what to check
Pandora delivery and AMP access require their own checks. Confirm destination coverage, listener territory and catalogue status instead of treating Pandora as a universally available streaming link.
Check audience and territory first
Pandora’s service terms limit the listener service to the United States and its territories. A listener outside the supported territory may therefore be unable to verify playback normally. Do not treat that limitation as proof that the release has been removed, and do not bypass geographic restrictions to test it.
Confirm the delivery route
Pandora’s artist guidance describes sending music through distributors. Ask DistroBolt to confirm whether it supports the requested Pandora delivery for your specific catalogue. Record the release reference and destination status. Delivery, catalogue processing and access to promotional tools should not be described as one guaranteed event.
Separate AMP access from release availability
The AMP Playbook describes artist tools and catalogue support. Use the current official access requirements for the actual artist rather than assuming a distributor account automatically grants entry. Keep your product and recording references ready. An account application is not a request to create a second copy of the release.
Escalate a specific catalogue question
If delivery is confirmed but the intended product cannot be found, record when it was sent and what is missing. Ask the responsible distributor or current official support route to investigate, with identifiers and relevant evidence. Avoid promising immediate inclusion, radio rotation or a fixed audience. Check the official guidance again before launching a territory-specific campaign.
