Audiomack: separate account upload from distributor delivery

An Audiomack profile upload and a distributor-delivered release can involve different controls and records. Decide who handles the recording on the platform before submitting through more than one route.

Map the intended route

Record whether the artist already uploaded the recording, whether a distributor delivered it and which account or profile currently displays it. Collect the actual track links and source versions. A visible upload does not prove monetisation eligibility or establish that DistroBolt can administer that entry.

Confirm distributor coverage

Ask DistroBolt whether Audiomack delivery is supported for the specific release and how existing profile content is handled. Another provider’s advertised destination is not evidence of an identical feature in your account. Do not make a second upload merely because a delivery status or profile association is unclear.

Separate authentication and monetisation

Audiomack describes creator authentication and its monetisation programme in separate guidance. Review the current conditions through the official account tools rather than assuming a badge, an upload and a payout arrangement are the same approval. Keep credentials private, and do not pay for an unsupported promise of verification.

Reconcile the actual recording

If both routes already exist, give the authorised support contact the release reference, recording identifier and both links before changing anything. Keep approved audio, credits and collaborator payment records together. Confirm which entry is intended to remain, then verify the outcome. Do not assume platform deletion also cancels another distributor’s delivery or settles historic earnings.

Continue your release planning

Ask the DistroBolt team about your release. Send a concise question and release reference; never send account passwords or verification codes.
