Traxsource releases: label eligibility and preparation

Treat Traxsource as a destination requiring a confirmed label and delivery route. Prepare the label information and suitable release material before assuming that selecting another store will also make this catalogue eligible.

Confirm label eligibility first

Ask DistroBolt whether it currently supports Traxsource and how label approval is handled for your account. FUGA describes formal label onboarding in its own delivery workflow. That is not proof that DistroBolt uses the same form or offers automatic access. Keep an existing label page distinct from a new label application.

Prepare a label brief

Collect the approved label name, existing Traxsource URL if applicable, public website, intended musical catalogue and authorised contact. Add representative release information and approved visual assets when requested. Use actual material, not invented catalogue size, sales results or affiliations. A complete brief supports review but does not guarantee acceptance.

Check delivery ownership

If the label already uses another distributor, establish who controls its current delivery and how any transfer would be authorised. Do not create another label identity simply to bypass the existing route. Keep identifiers, accepted collaborator shares and historical reports separately; moving a store-facing label page does not automatically move accounting arrangements.

Verify the accepted release

After approval and confirmed delivery, check the correct label, artist, version, genre information and product link. Traxsource’s distributor guidance describes its content tools, but those tools do not establish customer access through DistroBolt. Report a specific mismatch through the authorised route. No automatic label approval, chart position or promotional result is promised.

Continue your release planning

Ask the DistroBolt team about your release. Send a concise question and release reference; never send account passwords or verification codes.
