What is included?
What you provide
- Your artist name and release title, spelled exactly as intended.
- A visual brief: mood, direction, colours and useful references.
- Photos, logos and other assets you have permission to use.
- Any format requirements and your intended release date.
Editable source files, commissioned illustration and third-party asset fees are not included unless separately quoted. Tell us if you need these before accepting an offer.
From your brief to final artwork.
- Tell us about the release. Submit your Cover Design request and describe the direction you want.
- Agree the work. We confirm one concept, materials, rights, revisions, timing and the full payable total.
- Review the design. Gather your feedback into a consolidated revision round so we can work through it clearly.
- Receive your files. Get the agreed JPG and PNG artwork after the review process.
- Delivery time
- 1–5 business days from the agreed project start, after verified payment and receipt of complete, usable materials. The project slot is confirmed before payment.
- Revisions included
- Two consolidated revision rounds on one design concept. A new concept or work outside the agreed scope requires a separate agreement before additional work starts.
- Total price
- €49 per project. We confirm the final tax-inclusive total before payment. Any agreed external asset costs are disclosed in the written offer.
A few useful answers.
Can you use my own photo?
Yes, include it in your brief and confirm that you have permission for the intended use. We check that the supplied material is suitable before agreeing the work.
Will I receive editable source files?
They are not included in the standard package. Tell us if you need editable files so the scope and any additional price can be agreed before work starts.
Does this include social media images?
The package covers the agreed release artwork. If you need additional promotional videos or images, ask about the separate Release Promo Pack.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Contact mail@distrobolt.com with your reference. Read the cancellation and refund terms in your written offer before accepting. The work already completed and applicable rights affect the outcome.
